The Craniofacial Foundation of America (CFA) 
is hosting Palate 2 Palette on
April 4, 2009 and to kick-off this
 annual event, Blue Orleans Creole  Restaurant
- Downtown  has partnered with the CFA .
Mike and Cherita Adams owners of the
restaurant have graciously offered to give
back 10% of the proceeds for the
entire month of March to the Craniofacial
Foundation of America.   So please

CFA to continue restoring hope to
